Rulex provided a major energy company with an efficient solution to integrate information from production machines, identify key parameters for production quality, and extract predictions from data.
Thanks to Rulex’s native XAI algorithm, more than 100 parameter values were identified to increase panel quality and overall production efficiency.
Anomaly detection
Detecting abnormal energy consumption in production plants can be challenging, especially considering false positives that may arise due to genuine spikes in energy demand or during holiday closures.
Rulex provided a major energy provider with a solution that detects anomalies in the energy consumption of 50 machines based on the correlation between multiple time series.
The solution was able to identify anomalies with hourly granularity, reaching over 90% accuracy in identifying both normal patterns and anomalies.
